Kossuth Regional Health Center (KRHC) has been named a 2026 Iowa Top Workplace by the Des Moines Register, an honor based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC.
The Top Workplaces program measures key aspects of workplace culture, including employees feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow, empowered to contribute, and connected to the organization’s mission. The award recognizes organizations that prioritize employee engagement and create an environment where team members can thrive both professionally and personally.
