About Dr. Caligiuri
Dr. Charlotte J. Caligiuri provides comprehensive urologic care with a focus on advanced procedures and personalized treatment planning. She has a special interest in the management of kidney stones, including percutaneous nephrolithotomy, a minimally invasive procedure used to treat larger or more complex stones.
Dr. Caligiuri earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Des Moines University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Iowa. She completed her residency training in urologic surgery through St. John Providence Health System in Warren, Michigan, and St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts, along with an internship in general surgery at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
She is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and helping individuals feel confident and informed throughout their treatment journey.

About Dr. Milleman
Dr. Mark Milleman is known for his patient-centered approach to care, guided by a simple philosophy: treating each patient with the same level of respect, empathy, and timeliness he would expect for himself. He is committed to listening closely to patients’ needs and ensuring they feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their care.
Dr. Milleman brings extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of urologic conditions and is now seeing patients at Kossuth Regional Health Center.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine and completed his residency in urology at The Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He further advanced his training through a fellowship at Charité Medical School in Berlin, Germany. Dr. Milleman is board certified in urology.
His focus on ethical, compassionate, and patient-first care makes him a trusted provider for individuals seeking urologic care.
