Please join us for Hospice of the Heartland’s Annual Memorial Butterfly Release! The program will begin promptly at 5 PM in the KRHC Dining Center & Courtyard.
Let’s join together to celebrate life and honor the memory of our loved ones. You loved one does not need to receive Hospice Services in order to participate. All are welcome!
A tax-deductible gift of $15 will purchase a butterfly in memory of your loved one. All proceeds benefit hospice care and services.
