Dr. Mulkey received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in June of 2018 from Rosalind Franklin University in Chicago. He then went on to complete his residency at Christus St. Patrick Podiatric Medicine and Surgical Residency in Louisiana. Dr. Mulkey’s interest in medicine came through his experience in sports and various athletic activities, including running. This hobby led to his initial exposure to the specialty of foot and ankle surgery.
