Phreesia is a mobile check-in system that allows you to pre-register and check in for your appointment from home at your convenience. It also enables you to complete forms and questionnaires prior to your visit so you don’t have to spend time completing paperwork in the waiting room.
KRHC will send you an e-mail/text message from Phreesia a few days before your appointment. There is no app. You simply click the link provided in the text message or email. This allows you to securely answer any registration and medical questions necessary for your appointment.
Mobile registration streamlines your arrival at our office by allowing you to check in on your own device using a link sent to you in an email or text message, either prior to your visit or when you arrive. This reduces wait time and eliminates the need for you to complete paperwork once you arrive for your appointment.

Yes. But once you have completed the initial registration, the next time will be much quicker because Phreesia saves your answers.
Yes. Mobile registration is available in English and Spanish, and the Phreesia Pads in the office offer English and Spanish.
That’s OK! If you have not completed your registration before the visit, one of our receptionists will be happy to send you a new link and assist. Don’t worry, Phreesia saves the information you entered previously.
