DESCRIPTION:Please join us for Hospice of the Heartland’s Annual Memorial Butterfly Release! The program will begin promptly at 5 PM in the KRHC Dining Center & Courtyard. \nLet’s join together to celebrate life and honor the memory of our loved ones. You loved one does not need to receive Hospice Services in order to participate. All are welcome! \nA tax-deductible gift of $15 will purchase a butterfly in memory of your loved one. All proceeds benefit hospice care and services. \nForms to purchase a butterfly can be found here – https://krhc.com/wp-content/uploads/Butterfly-Release-Form-2025.pdf Forms are due May 20th. \nPlease join Hospice of the Heartland for a 5K Run & Walk directly after the Butterfly Release (6pm) at Tietz Park in Algona.
